I'm a Food Photographer and my main objective is to produce high quality images, cultivate genuine business relationships, and provide an excellent client experience! I also have an extensive background in Graphic Design and Project Management so working with creative teams is second nature to me.
We use food to celebrate culture, show someone we care, and celebrate the milestones of life. Food has the power to not only make a moment memorable, but spark the thoughts of cherished memories. Something that valuable should be showcased in a way that allows us to feel those same emotions through an image.

Have you always been independent? What has your career trajectory been?
I went to college with the intention of starting out as a Graphic Designer, working my way up to Project Manager, and eventually to Art Director. While I did follow that path for quite a few years, things changed after my Mom asked me to photograph some new desserts for her baking business.
I have personally struggled with disordered eating and body dysmorphic disorder since I was 13 years old so food has always been my enemy. Suddenly, I was faced with the task of taking something I avoided and making it look irresistible! I found that making those desserts look "good enough to eat" cultivated a positive perspective and I began to view food in a different way. I decided to jump in with both feet and I haven't looked back!
My business and my health are both on a positive trajectory and I couldn't be happier!
What makes you uniquely special?
- I'm left handed.
- I have my grandmother's green eyes.
- I can play the guitar and bass.
- I was homeschooled.
- I wouldn't do much for a Klondike bar but I'd do just about anything for a Butterfinger.
- I make Apple Butter better than anyone. Even my Mom agrees so it's legit.
- I can't whistle unless I'm in labor. It's a true story.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Honestly, giving birth to both of my kids is what makes me legitimately feel like a champion. Every woman deserves to give birth how she wants to but I was one of those crazy people that wanted to go the unmedicated route. Long story short, I did it. TWICE! No amount of money or success in my business could ever make me feel as much like a boss as bringing my babies into this world.
