About me

Hey there, I'm Alexandrea, but you can call me Aly. Originally from Nashville, I now call snowy Michigan my home. With over 15 years of experience in office environments, including 10 years of remote work, I consider myself a 'Jill' of all trades.

I've had the pleasure of supporting up to 15 clients at a time, pouring in up to 40 hours a week to make sure every deadline is met. From start-ups to nonprofits, NYT Best-selling authors, busy moms, roofing companies, realtors, and more, I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.

In my personal life, I'm an Army Wife and a proud mom of four kids, three of whom are in school during the day. True crime is a passion of mine, and I can talk about it for hours!

How do you continue to grow your professional skills?

I’m a firm believer that growth is a continuous journey, not a destination. To keep my skills sharp, I regularly invest time in professional development through online courses, webinars, and industry blogs. I’m particularly drawn to learning more about project management and productivity tools that can enhance the support I provide to my clients.

Beyond formal learning, I’m always on the lookout for new challenges. Whether it’s diving into new software or finding a more efficient way to manage tasks, I enjoy experimenting with different approaches to see what works best. I also make it a point to stay connected with industry peers through networking events and online communities, where I can exchange ideas and learn from others’ experiences.

In my personal life, I’m constantly inspired by my role as an Army Wife and a mom. Balancing the needs of my family with my career has taught me invaluable lessons in time management, adaptability, and perseverance—skills that I bring to the table in my work every day.

I’m open to a wide variety of projects, especially those that allow me to utilize my strengths in organization, communication, and adaptability. Whether it’s managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating complex schedules, or diving into specialized projects like event planning or client management, I’m ready to jump in and make an impact. I love working with diverse clients and industries, so if your project involves bringing order to chaos or streamlining processes, I’m all in!

Each client has brought unique challenges and opportunities, and I’ve enjoyed tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs. Why do you love doing what you do?

I love doing what I do because it’s incredibly rewarding to help others breathe a little easier, even with the smallest tasks. Seeing the tangible impact of my efforts and receiving appreciation from clients truly makes me feel like I'm making a difference. I thrive on checking things off lists and managing chaos—it's like solving a puzzle that brings everything together. As a mom of four and an Army wife, juggling multiple responsibilities is second nature to me, and it translates directly into my work. The variety and challenges keep me engaged and motivated, knowing that every task I handle helps my clients succeed and find a bit of relief in their busy lives.
