I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 9 years of experience. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work at Florida International University. I have a depth experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with clients of many different backgrounds seeking help for a wide variety of reasons including anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), ADHD, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, career difficulties, parenting problems, family conflicts, and emotional regulation. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify and challenge faulty thought patterns and develop coping strategies to help them toward wellness.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
As I help clients identify the source of negative thoughts and patterns, I help you feel comfortable by providing compassion and allowing you to have a safe place to be honest about your feelings and struggles. I focus on your needs and work toward your goals by developing healthy coping skills that you can use on your daily life. I truly love what I do!
