How do you continue to grow your professional skills?
Being part of communities with really intelligent and creative marketers. Taking courses (grow class is my favorite so far), podcasts, and tons of newsletters (Why We Buy is an amazing resource on customer psychology). I also do my independent deep dives on topics like social media algorithm updates.
What kinds of projects are you open to?
My specialty is digging into data and leveraging customer psychology to transform underperforming digital marketing strategies. As far as channels go, I take a holistic approach (depending on where the ideal customer hangs out) but have worked with email, socials (organic and paid), content, PR, and SEO.
