I specialize in helping Federal Government contractors win business. My experience is in large ($100M+) IT, Cloud, Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Biometrics, Records Management and other topics. Agencies include DHS, HHS, EPA, DOL, FAA, DOD, DoS, DoC, DOJ, the IC and Treasury. I have highly advanced competitive intelligence research skills. Companies hire me to find out information about how they can win, businesses with whom they should partner, and who in the Government is going to read and score their proposal. I especially enjoy helping my clients find teammates they can trust that are loved by the customer and fill gaps in personnel, augment their past performance and have relevant and meaningful customer relationships.

Have you always been independent? What has your career trajectory been?
I spent over 20 years as a Program Manager and Capture Manager in large systems integrators (SAIC, Lockheed, BAE Systems). I've been independent since I started SparkWorks in late 2014. My consulting clients include five Fortune 100 businesses and numerous small businesses.
How do you continue to grow your professional skills?
I am constantly learning new technologies and ways of working. I keep pace with industry trends by maintaining professional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
