I love getting lost in clients’ sites and marketing tools, troubleshooting, fixing problems, and being innovative. Then again, who is not excited when they play with a new toy or rediscover an old one?

How do you continue to grow your professional skills?
Growing up, my dad used to tell me, “Go do something that no one else is doing and then become the best at it.” So, I set out to learn web design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital marketing. Along the way, a friend turned me on to WordPress, which changed my life. I could make websites in one-third of the time it would take me to code and build an HTML site. Then I learned about lead capture (we all hate pop-ups, but they work!), CRMs, and automation, and I started bundling services like website maintenance. Before I knew it, I had a full-service digital marketing agency, and I am currently working on my COMP TIA Networking+ certification. Yikes!
Who are some of the clients you have worked with?
I work with online retail, brick-and-mortar, medical practices, and financial firms. However, I am not averse to working with all sorts of different businesses.
