I am so much more than an office assistant, administrative assistant, or even a business assistant. I can do so many different things for a small business! I'm not afraid to try something new either! I am the owner of a Virtual Assistant business. The virtual assistant industry has a lot of misconceptions about what we do. The skills that we bring to the table include things like general admin tasks, social media management, online marketing, business process management, business systems, project management, customer relationship management, web development, graphic design, human resources, and the list goes on.

How did you choose the name for your business?
VCM is short for Virtual Chaos Manager. I chose this name for my business because... well... that's what I do! I manage the chaos in small business owners lives, and it do it from the comfort of my home office (or park, café, etc.)
