Kristen Edwards is an experienced People Management Professional helping leaders gain clarity and achieve business goals. She holds a Bachelors in Communication from Fairfield University and Masters in Psychology from Northeastern. Being a natural problem solver, she has spent the past 12 years building inclusive organizations and was recognized as a Top DEIB Leader in 2022.
Kristen started Ambitious Insights Co and serves as a Leadership Consultant to women-owned businesses along with being the host of Amplify Ambition Podcast. She has been featured in Thrive Global, Yahoo Business, and Authority Magazine. When she isn't working, her time is spent as a traveling sports mom of two children.
