How do you continue to grow your professional skills?

The best way to grow your professional skills is to be open and willing to learn, no matter how old you are.

If you're in an industry that seems like it has a lot of competition, don't worry! You can still stand out and make yourself valuable if you're willing to put in the effort.

Think about what kind of things you'd like to learn. Then, find opportunities where you can learn them. For example, if you want to improve your writing skills, look for writing groups that meet regularly in person or online. Or maybe you'd like to get better at public speaking—there are tons of courses available on Udemy or Coursera! You could even ask a friend who's really good at something if they'd be willing to coach or mentor you for free (or for a small fee).

Whatever it takes, just keep learning and growing your skillset so that when an opportunity comes along for which those skills will be relevant, you'll be ready!

Who inspires you?

I'm inspired by people who are willing to put themselves out there, who are willing to be vulnerable and ask for help when they need it. I like seeing people who aren't afraid to be themselves, even if it means taking a chance on people or things that might not work out in the end.

I'm inspired by people who are always learning and growing, and by those who keep trying new things even if they don't always succeed the first time around. I admire those who pursue their passions with gusto and passion, even if they're not sure what they'll get back in return. And I love seeing people who find ways to make a difference in the world around them, whether it's through their work or just through their day-to-day interactions with others.
