How do you continue to grow your professional skills?
I love learning new things and I really consider myself as a learner. Prior to being a Virtual Assistant - I worked as a Customer Support and Technical Support for 3 years - so talking to clients overseas is not really a problem for me. When I became a VA, there is so much to learn - so I took my time learning stuff from my clients and I also dedicate some time to learn and research on my own.
Working with multiple clients with different businesses helps me learn a lot of things, software and tools, processes and more. I also set a time every week to research the latest and upskill.
