My professional experience includes healthcare and data analytics roles at Mission Health, UNC Health, Community Care of North Carolina, Aspen RxHealth, and Olive AI as well as project-based and ongoing consulting and freelance data analytics and information design. I usually have 3-5 freelance or consulting projects going. Right now, I’m working with The Bonding Project to create social media-friendly visualizations of the fascinating data they’ve gathered via their “What’s your bonding style?” test. (Take it. You’ll learn a lot about yourself.) Additionally, I write content and do some consulting for Mighty Canary.

How have you benefited from mentors in your career?
It was my very good fortune to discover the Tableau #Datafam on Twitter shortly after I started using the tool. They are the most incredibly supportive and helpful tech community on the internet.
How do you continue to grow your professional skills?
I take courses on DataCamp, experiment with new visualization tools and coding languages, and collaborate with colleagues who have different skills that I don't have.
