This experience laid the foundation for my career in the dynamic contact center (BPO) industry. From my role as an agent to my ascent as a trainer and development specialist, and finally to an esteemed position as a team lead/supervisor, my journey has been marked by unwavering commitment and a steadfast determination to elevate every interaction.

Starting from humble beginnings in a renowned Jamaican patty restaurant, I quickly rose through the ranks, gaining experience as an agent, trainer, and team lead/supervisor. This journey led me to found Premier Customer Solutions, where I continue to prioritize exceptional service and innovative solutions for businesses worldwide.
As for your question, while I've always been driven and proactive in my career, I wouldn't say I've always been independent. I've certainly developed independence over time as I gained experience and confidence in my abilities. My career trajectory has been one of growth and progression, marked by continuous learning, adaptability, and seizing opportunities for advancement. From my early days in customer service to founding my own company, each step has contributed to shaping me into the independent professional I am today.
What makes me uniquely special is my people-first attitude and unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. I genuinely prioritize the needs and satisfaction of others, which helps me build strong relationships. My friendly approach, empathy, and willingness to listen make me not just a good communicator, but also a trusted advisor to those I trained and helped.
