What is the latest project you completed?
The last project I completed was my book, "Stop Sitting and Stand." I finished writing the first draft in 2019 and published it in 2022.
How do you continue to grow your professional skills?
I continue to grow my skills by reading and attending conferences, networking events, and workshops.
