I provide reliable virtual assistance to business owners, executives, nonprofit leaders, and small teams who need help staying organized and keeping important work moving forward.
My support includes executive and administrative assistance, calendar and inbox management, client communication, meeting coordination, research, document preparation, project tracking, invoicing support, CRM updates, and process documentation.
I am organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in remote work environments. I value clear communication, attention to detail, discretion, and following through on what needs to be done.
My goal is to make day-to-day operations easier, reduce administrative pressure, and give my clients more time to focus on their priorities, growth, and the work that requires their full attention.
Executive Assistant, Administrative Support, Project Management
My primary focus is providing reliable administrative, bookkeeping, and operational support to business owners, executives, nonprofit leaders, and small teams.
I manage the work that needs to happen behind the scenes, including payment tracking, follow-ups, recurring administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations. My goal is for clients to assign something and feel confident that it will be handled without needing to keep checking on it.
I also build processes that can be delegated to a trained team while I continue overseeing the work and maintaining quality. We treat each client’s business as if it were our own.
I’m open to both short-term projects and ongoing monthly support. I especially enjoy taking something disorganized, like an overloaded inbox or scattered administrative records, and turning it into a clean, functional system.
I also provide recurring support with invoice entry, expense tracking, payment follow-up, collections, and general bookkeeping assistance. I am not an accountant, but I can help keep the administrative side organized and up to date.
For larger cleanups, I usually begin with a project and then continue with a monthly retainer. I remain involved in the relationship and oversee the work as additional support is delegated.
I take initiative and am not afraid to share ideas when I see a better or more efficient way to handle something. I care about my clients and treat their businesses with the same attention and responsibility I would give my own.
When instructions are incomplete, I use my judgment to suggest a clear next step and seek approval when needed. If there is any risk of misunderstanding, I ask questions before moving forward.
I am also very detail-oriented. I review my work carefully, stay on top of deadlines, and often remind clients about important tasks before they have to ask.
