I have earned my stripes in the fast-paced media world, having worked for companies such as WPP, IPC Magazines, and Saatchi & Saatchi for over 17 years. I've gained a wealth of experience in Customer Services, Financial Administration, Design, and Project Management. This has given me first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by businesses of all sizes and industries, and I want to use my experience to help you navigate those challenges, too. I've learned a lot through my own journey, and I'd be honoured to share that knowledge with you.

I help solopreneurs and small businesses in attracting and acquiring customers, and managing the customer journey, from onboarding to webinars and launches. I also enhance their brand through the website and product design, as well as social media content, to ensure a consistent and visually appealing customer experience.
