Participation Eligibility
To take part in this promotion, individuals must meet the following requirements:
- Be a subscriber to Indy Pro.
- Invoice transactions must be conducted within the United States using US dollars via PayPal.
Payment of PayPal Invoice Fees
Indy will cover PayPal invoice fees incurred by participants, subject to the following conditions:
- Indy covers PayPal fees for transactions up to $200 every month. Any fees incurred for amounts exceeding $200 in a given month are the responsibility of the customer.
- All customer invoices must be successfully completed via the Indy platform in order to be eligible.
- Once a participant reaches the monthly $200 invoice threshold, Indy will stop covering the PayPal fees until the following month. This means that, for invoices processed after the $200 threshold has been reached, the participant will be responsible for all other PayPal fees incurred.
- If you send multiple invoices in a month, Indy will pay the PayPal fees on the first invoices paid that meet the $200 threshold.
- This offer is valid during 6 months after starting a Pro subscription. Eligibility for cash payout expires at the end of the 6 month validity period.
- This offer applies to new Pro subscribers only.
Cashback Accumulation and Payout
- Each month, the participant's cashback value will accumulate based on the eligible invoice fees paid by Indy.
- The minimum cash payout threshold is $10.
- To receive the cashback, participants must contact Indy at promotions@weareindy.com.
Termination
Indy may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
