Project description

Brad Schroeder is already a force in the outdoor gear market. Their secret weapon has been some very strong brand ambassadors. I can help with this by combining my social media savviness with genuine activity that matches your brand's customer base.

What makes me unique as a brand ambassador in the outdoor gear space is my level of activity. Last year alone, I participated in 26 different charity events, numerous solo efforts, and some notable social media collaborations.

Imagine seeing your brand's gear on the publicity for these events. That's the big reason other brands have hired me for a brand ambassador contract in the past. I get their brand out in public and in front of their customers.

Objectives

Here is the plan for how I will promote your brand and help you meet your goals.

Any adjustments to the plans can be made by sending me a message via the Slack channel or by email at elizabeth.kelly@gmail.com.

Deadline and deliverables

During our brand ambassador program, I'll be using your gear for my events and social media channels. Here are some of the specific things I will do as your brand ambassador:

  • Participate in charity events according to my schedule. A list of these events, along with their date and information, will be sent to you.
  • Each week your gear will be featured in 2 social media posts. My largest following is on Instagram, but YouTube and TikTok will also be targeted.

I'm also open to doing collaborations and events that Brad Schroeder chooses. If there are specific activities you have identified as high value opportunities, please tell me about them.

Payment terms

Projects such as this one run for several months before they finish. To facilitate these projects, I offer a schedule of payments. Here are the payment milestones:

  • 25% initial payment due upon signing the contract and before any work begins.
  • The remainder of the payments will be split into even instalments and paid over the course of the program.

Electronic invoice will be sent once the contract has been signed and milestones passed. Each invoice is payable within 10 business days of receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of work and/or late fees as specified in the contract.

Agreement

Once you agree to this proposal, I will prepare a simple brand ambassador contract. The contract will reference the terms of this proposal, including any amendments you suggest. If you agree to these terms, please sign below, and return this proposal to me.

Brand Ambassador Proposal Template FAQ

What is a brand ambassador proposal?

A brand ambassador proposal is a document created by a freelancer or agency that outlines their services as a brand ambassador. It explains in detail the duties and responsibilities they will fulfill while working with a specific company and how they can help to increase brand awareness and reach potential customers. The proposal typically includes a cover letter summarizing the freelancer’s qualifications, a detailed description of the services being offered, and timelines for the completion of tasks.

Additionally, many proposals include samples of previous work, client testimonials, and an estimated budget for the project. Brand ambassador proposals are typically used when applying for roles such as influencer marketing or event marketing to demonstrate how the applicant's skillset can benefit the company in question. A successful brand ambassador proposal is one that is tailored to each company's needs while also showcasing the applicant's unique experience and capabilities.

How to write a brand ambassador proposal template?

Writing a brand ambassador proposal template can be a daunting task. The first step is to create a detailed document that outlines the services you will offer and how they will benefit the company you are applying for. This document should include your cover letter, which should summarize your qualifications and experience, as well as the details of the project, such as timelines, client testimonials, and an estimated budget.

Once you have written this document, make sure to use keywords related to brand ambassador proposals in order to increase visibility when submitting your proposal. Additionally, providing a free template or samples of your previous work can also help to enhance your application. By taking all of these steps into account, you can create an effective brand ambassador proposal that showcases both your skillset and the value you will bring to the company.

What should be in a brand proposal template?

A quality brand proposal template should start with a brief introduction of yourself. Imagine a letter is delivered to you. On receiving it, you take a look at the letter, but you can't find the sender's name. You open it with the hope of finding a clue that tells you who sent you the letter, but all you see therein is a message asking you to purchase something. Chances are the person probably forgot to include it in the letter. But as the recipient of the letter, there's enough reason for you to discard the note.

This is what happens when you write a proposal without giving a brief but proper introduction about who you are. A well-structured brand ambassador proposal template starts with an introduction that tells your potential clients who you are, what you hope to accomplish, and how.

You can also include examples of your past projects to build credibility and establish yourself as an authority in your field. Examples of past campaigns can provide potential clients with a feel of your brand and how your services can help them.

Next, you take it further with a campaign brief that describes what you have to offer in detail. It could be a new idea or a restructuring of a former method of operation. Either way, you should conduct adequate research beforehand to understand and present a top-notch marketing campaign that outlines what you are offering and what you hope to accomplish. Your campaign brief should contain the following:

  1. Define the campaign – First, identify the problem. Then, state how you intend to solve it. You can start by stating the concept and goal of the campaign. Don't just suggest an idea; show how you would execute it, including the specific information regarding what your campaign would look like, what topic it intends to address, the audience it will reach, and why it is relevant to your clients. Take time to define your campaign with simple words that will make it easy for clients to grasp the message you have for them.
  2. Key objectives – Next, describe what you're hoping to achieve (brand awareness, engagement, etc.) so that clients know what to look for in campaign growth. Campaign reporting requirements such as goals and KPIs should be clearly stated at this junction to help track, measure, and monitor the results and success of your campaigns. Create easy-to-digest success metrics like true reach, engagement, and past collaborations. This will help your clients understand your decision-making process and set clear expectations for campaign performance.
  3. Campaign dissemination –  This section explains how you intend to carry out your campaigns. From your research, it could be that they should adopt an organic approach, and sometimes, taking an inorganic approach could do the trick. Whichever method you choose to adopt, articulate how you intend to promote your clients' businesses to achieve greater levels of productivity in terms of brand awareness, recognition, and publicity. Give as much information as possible to support your decision.
  4. Campaign deliverables & timelines – Next, focus on the deliverables, specifically the creative content for your clients. Confidently express your ideas using out-of-the-box thinking to create authentic content that aligns with your client's brand vision. Strategic timelines should be appointed for each deliverable to ensure work goes on smoothly and on schedule. It could address when the campaign is expected to go live as well.
  5. Campaign budget – Give accurate information in regard to the proposed budget for the project. This will give your clients an idea of how much your project will cost.

Yes. It will take time. But if you can devote your efforts to planning a comprehensive brand ambassador proposal, you are well on your way to making well-deserved sales.

What is a brand ambassador?

A brand ambassador is a person who works to represent and promote a company's brand, products, and services. They work primarily as an advocate for the company’s mission, values, and objectives. Brand ambassadors are hired to create relationships with potential clients and customers in order to increase awareness of the brand and ensure its continued success.

Brand ambassadors have the ability to reach large audiences through their social media presence, often increasing visibility across multiple platforms. They help to build trust with potential buyers by providing insights into the products or services that they are promoting. Additionally, brand ambassadors can be used for event marketing, where they act as a spokesperson for the company at public events or conventions.

How do I sell myself as a brand ambassador?

As a brand ambassador, the most effective way to sell yourself is to highlight your unique strengths and abilities. Start by creating an impressive brand ambassador application that showcases your expertise and experience in the field. Make sure to include any testimonials from past clients or any awards or achievements that you have received in relation to the role. Additionally, it is important to focus on why your skillset would be a valuable addition to the company that you are applying for.

When negotiating a new contract, make sure to explain the unique benefits of working with you. Use persuasive language and demonstrate how you will help boost their brand recognition, drive sales, and customer loyalty, and how you can provide a return on investment (ROI). Make sure to also emphasize why they should choose you over other potential candidates. Finally, don't forget to be confident in yourself and believe in your pitch - this will help convince them that you are the right choice for their needs.

What are the benefits of using brand ambassador proposal templates?

Using brand ambassador proposal templates is an effective way to save time, create a more detailed proposal, and ensure job success. These templates provide a comprehensive cover letter template that outlines your skills and experience, as well as persuades potential employers that you are the ideal candidate for the job.

Additionally, they also contain details about advertising strategies that are designed with brand ambassadors in mind. This helps to ensure that all of the elements needed for successful campaigns are included and explained in detail. Furthermore, by providing an efficient and organized method of creating proposals, you can guarantee your proposal reaches its full potential. Ultimately, using brand ambassador proposal templates can help improve your chances of landing the job and achieving success in advertising campaigns involving brand ambassadors.
