Introduction

Thank you for contacting me. I put this proposal together based on our conversations.

Here are a few quick observations:

  • Lauren Ramirez wants to boost their conversion rates from the current average of 2.5% across their main landing pages to a much healthier rate of at least 5%.
  • Devorah Gravely will audit each page and produce a plan for how to optimize each page and make a plan for improving them.

As you continue through this proposal, you will see how my CRO services can help you meet your goals and your deadlines.

Why Devorah Gravely for Conversion Rate Optimization Services?

Your business needs to get the most from every visit. I’ve been helping businesses beat the average conversion rate for over 12 years in more than seven industries. My speciality is boosting conversion rates on landing pages designed for B2B sales.

Your main audience is a B2B audience. With my skills and experience, I am certain we can see conversion rates over the 5% you set as a goal.

Here are some testimonials from previous clients:

  • Devorah Gravely was great to work with. She understood our business and quickly found ways to boost our conversion rates through rewriting our copy and organizing the flow of the sales copy better.
  • Devorah Gravely is a brilliant professional. She analyzed our landing pages, gave us a wealth of data, and then produced new versions of our landing pages. Our conversion rates have more than doubled since we started working with her.

My clients value my professionalism, commitment to deadlines, and the results I give them.

Project description

Based on your information, Lauren Ramirez has fifteen landing pages for their main products across three categories. The current conversion rates average 2.5%, with no page attaining a rate above 3.5%. The average rate for your industry is 5.2%. Thus, the main goal of this project is to increase the conversion rates above 5% to at least match the industry average for these products.

The project will proceed in roughly three phases:

  1. Page analysis to identify problems and opportunities.
  2. Specific improvements to each page to increase the conversion rates.
  3. Monitoring and A/B testing to tweak the pages to make continual improvements to the rates.

The initial two phases will be finished within two weeks of launching the project. The monitoring and testing can continue for as long as Lauren Ramirez finds increasing value in these services.

Objectives

Here is the plan for how my Conversion Rate Optimization services will meet your goals. Let me break down the specific targets and how they will be met.

  • In the first phase, each page will be analyzed. The analysis is both objective and subjective. Objectively, information will be gathered about bounce rates, keywords, and visitor usage. Subjectively, I’ll review the content and try to identify areas where it loses some appeal to your primary audience.
  • In the second phase, every page will be rewritten and reorganized. The aim is to create a stronger sales copy flow that helps guide visitors through their sales journey to the point of purchase.
  • After the pages have been optimized, I will create monitoring procedures for each page. Specific changes will be made, one at a time, to test each element of the pages to make continual improvements in the conversion rates.

Any adjustments to the plans can be made by sending me a message via the Slack channel or by email at devorah.gravely@gmail.com.

Deadline and deliverables

I am committed to meeting your deadlines and delivering quality work on schedule. Here are the milestones for this project:

  • During the first week, all of the pages will be analyzed and a report produced for you to review.
  • In the second week, the pages will be rewritten for improved flow and audience targeting.
  • Following the rewrites, each page will be monitored. Individual page elements will be tested, one at a time, to find every way possible to boost the conversion rates.

My services have a reputation for organization, follow through, and prompt delivery. I take pride in this reputation and look forward to delivering exceptional results for Lauren Ramirez.

Payment terms

Projects such as this one start and finish very quickly. To facilitate these projects, I offer a schedule of payments. Here are the payment milestones:

  • 50% initial payment due upon signing the contract and before any work begins.
  • Payment of the remaining 50% will be due once the pages are edited and published.
  • Ongoing monitoring will be charged at a monthly rate of $_________.

The ongoing monitoring assumes a workload of 10 hours per week. If any work is required beyond this, it will be billed at $85.00 per hour.

Electronic invoices will be sent once the contract has been signed and milestones passed. Each invoice is payable within 10 business days of receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of work and/or late fees as specified in the contract.

Agreement

Once you agree to this proposal, I will prepare a simple contract for this business project. The contract will reference the terms of this proposal, including any amendments you suggest. If you agree to these terms, please sign below, and return this proposal to me.

Conversion Rate Optimization Proposal Template FAQ

What is a Conversion Rate Optimization proposal template?

A proposal template is a flexible document you can reuse to help write proposals more quickly. When it's time to create your new one, just customize the existing template with relevant and useful information for clients.

If you're looking to take your business or career off the ground, it's crucial that potential clients are presented with a proposal they can't refuse. Sending an attractive and clear outline will help put yourself miles ahead of every competitor in this race.

A template can help you create a professional-looking proposal for your next project. It's important to include all of the necessary information, from contact info and logos (if applicable) as well as sections about past clients who gave positive feedback or other examples of work completed by this company in order to demonstrate expertise with different types of projects.

Creating a proposal template is an easy way to professionalize your documentation. Every new project will have the same level of design quality that establishes you as an industry leader and makes for compelling proposals with clients who want win-win outcomes.

How to write a Conversion Rate Optimization proposal template?

Writing a great Conversion Rate Optimization proposal isn’t difficult. We will show you how to build your own template in just a few easy steps!

First, you need a few things:

  • You’ll be using a document editor. You could use a separate app such as Word, Google Docs, Adobe InDesign, or Pages.
  • Indy's Proposals tool is a great way to create your proposal for clients, as it integrates with client records, job contracts and time tracking.
  • You should also have access to any external files or media you want to include. For example, you will want your logo and pictures of landing pages you have already finished.

Now that you have those things, you can begin writing your Conversion Rate Optimization proposal template.

In order to make a strong proposal template, you can start by looking at an existing one for guidance. If your company has previous successful proposals on hand and if they are similar enough in nature that their content will work well with yours (e.g., customer success stories), then feel free to copy all relevant information from those templates into your template.

If you don’t have a completed template, then writing a proposal template from scratch using Indy’s proposal template is easy. Simply create a new template and you are ready to start editing.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. In your new proposal template, add your company information and branding.
  2. Review the sections in the template and add or remove sections as you need them.
  3. Add information to each section. Focus on what you can reuse for every client.
  4. Once you have added all the reusable information, save your work.

That’s it! Your new proposal template is finished.

As you are creating a full proposal, test the template by making note of any information that is missing. When done with your proposal, go back to add it to your template.

What should be in a Conversion Rate Optimization proposal template?

Conversion Rate Optimization is a competitive field that requires creativity and presentation skills. To succeed, you need to have an attractive business plan with your potential clients' best interests at heart.

Here are the elements we think you should include in every Conversion Rate Optimization proposal:

  • Beautiful Cover Page. Your cover page should be visually stunning to capture their attention. A good first impression is everything when it comes time for you and your client's proposal, so make sure that this one makes the correct impression.
  • Service Description. The next section is where you describe what will be done for your client and how it can benefit them. You should lay out the job scope clearly, as well any specific approaches that have been discussed already between these two parties involved in order to ensure a successful project.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization Process and Milestones. This is where your client can expect to find out the details about their new project. This includes an estimate for each task, as well as a timeline that will show when these tasks are expected to get done.
  • Social Proof. Your client is beginning to believe in you. Show them your portfolio section with case studies, customer testimonials and feedback so they can see the quality of work you will deliver from this point forward.
  • Costs and Pricing. Now is the time to lay out your prices clearly without being pushy about money. By now, you can assume they are considering hiring you so don’t move this section further up in their decision-making process by asking for payment too soon or making it seem like they need to hire immediately.

From here, you can wrap up the proposal template with next steps the customer can take. These can include:

  • A digital signing service for making the approval process happen much faster.
  • A standard contract your client can review. Your contract can reference your proposal to make the client-specific sections relevant.
  • You can also include a payment method here to help your client get started quickly.

You're a professional, and you want to show it off. Your proposal will make customers see that their new business partner is hardworking - just like them! There are no distractions in your proposal. Everything has been carefully crafted with one goal: convince them you are the best choice.

How can a free Conversion Rate Optimization Proposal Template help you win more clients?

The secret to winning more clients as a freelancer is to build your client’s confidence in your abilities. Proposal templates helps you do this in a few ways:

  • If you're on the ball, chatting with a potential client about their work and finishing up new proposals in 10-20 minutes is no sweat! Your proposal will look neither rushed nor half done because it already contains all of that useful information. Clients are impressed by how quickly and efficiently you get things done.
  • Making your proposal stand out from others by sending it in an attractive, well-designed template will make you look better. Customizing these templates so that they have a professional tone and are efficient impresses clients more than plain emails or unattractive proposals ever could!
  • A proposal template will help you win more clients by freeing up your time. If turning the template into a live presentation takes just fifteen minutes, use that saved energy to go find even more potential customers.

Those are three ways your proposal template can help you land more jobs. Get started with one as soon as possible to begin reaping the benefits.
