Hello John Egan,

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to present this proposal to you. It was great to speak with you yesterday and I look forward to helping you promote The Network Chef brand in the United States.

As I mentioned yesterday, I come from an advertisement background so I have a good understanding of the marketing industry. The Network Chef's products are already fantastic, it's my goal to use design to increase brand awareness and get more people to take their first bite.

The rest of this proposal details how I hope to achieve this and outlines my creative process. If you have any questions or thoughts about how this could better fit your needs, please reach out and we can set up a phone call. I'm happy to make adjustments.

Cross Promotion Proposal Template FAQ

What is a cross promotion proposal template?

Have you ever thought it could be possible to two brands to come together only to promote another brand’s product and services? You have probably asked yourself why a company will do ads on banners, sponsor posts on websites and social media, in articles, or through videos promoting the product and services? Product promotion is a common thing every business does to thrive. There are times when brands don’t have to compete, but just to come together to promote a product or service just for mutual benefits. This kind of synergy is called cross-promotion. Usually, it aims at promoting products from different companies to similar customers or audiences.

The Cross-promotion proposal template goes beyond building connections with other brands and selling your products or services through their platforms. There is more to it. For instance, pursuing a cross-promotion with other bigger companies gives you access to their customers and audiences who are your potential buyers/clients. Not just that, it also helps to reduce the total cost of your company to run an independent advert. Cross-promotion advert has a lot of potentials and benefits. However, you should have a memorable and effective cross-promotion advert before you start submitting proposals. Once you have the strategies and equipment to run a successful advert, the next thing is to get your pen and list out the available partners you can reach out to. Either you are submitting your proposal individually or in place of your company, you have only got to the middle of the journey.

You need to create a professional cross-promotion proposal template that you can edit and customize to meet the goals and agenda of your new potential partner. This is a crucial part of the journey. Your proposal plays a larger part as it speaks to your reader while you are absent. Unfortunately, a poorly written cross-promotion proposal will not only conceal the beauty of your plans and strategies but also turn off your potential hosts (and you may not be able to access them again). The point is that your cross-promotion proposal has to be great if you want to keep a step ahead of your competitors. Cross-promotion is a marketing strategy aimed at promoting products and services from different companies that are not in any form of competition with the same audience or customers. This technique is deployed primarily to help products and services generate an influx of leads, increase sales, lower ads cost, and enhance brand awareness.

A cross-promotion proposal is written for anyone who offers cross-promotion services. it describes the actions to be taken to promote a product and to achieve designed goals within a certain budget. The cross-promotion template helps to avoid any misunderstanding between the two brands coming together. This is possible because everything would have been spelled out in the proposal.

How to write a cross promotion proposal template?

A cross-promotion proposal needs to be convincing and compelling. At least, you need one that can win the heart of your targeted client and show that you can meet the standard of their products. If you want to successfully create such an amazing cross-promotion template, your cross-promotion proposal must follow the steps below;

Create a proposal outline

This is one of the most important aspects of your proposal. It helps you to highlight the significant points and purpose of your proposal. Keep it simple, neat, and well-written. After highlighting your major points, the next thing is to start writing. However, ensure that you keep a crisp and clean type of writing to make your proposal look attractive.

Provide a concise description of your services

While writing, you need to include a list of the services you are going to provide. This would help you to get both your customers and partner prepared for what you can offer.

Design a Budget

Keep the need for a budget in mind whenever you are writing a cross-promotion proposal. Every business needs a budget. Ensure that a budget is included in your proposal so that your client can have an overview and consider if they can afford to run the advert with your brand.

What Should be in a business development proposal template?

An effective cross-promotion proposal must have few things that are fundamental to it. These basic requirements are discussed as introducing the company or the individuals involved. To have an effective cross-promotion proposal, you should ensure the introduction is drawn enough attention and encourages your partner to read more. Since that is the first information that your reader will assess, ensure that your reader does not have any difficulty in identifying who will. execute the project. Indicate if it is an individual or a company's cross-promotion.

A Brief Summary of your strategy

Your cross-promotion proposal must have a concise summary of the marketing strategy that you want to deploy to promote the product.

Include a detailed description of the action plan

Part of what your partner is interested to see in your proposal is a detailed description of the actions to be taken to achieve your goal. Partners want to know how realistic and feasible your actions are toward promoting any product with you. Your action plans also plays a significant role as it determines if the partnering brand will be willing to continue with the promotion.

Estimate the cost implication

You must be more conscious of your cost implication and make it known to your partner. It is advisable to only propose a budget that is within your company's capacity.

List out your past works

As well, make consistent effort create a portfolio of your past works or list of other companies you use worked with. Most partners are interested in the number of tasks you have done, and the success record that you have got so far. This part is important as many firms would not want to partner with businesses that have zero knowledge of cross-promotion marketing strategies.

Finally, since a cross-promotion plays a vital role in a product’s advert and public awareness, it is essential for you to work more on creating an effective strategy because it has to do with other firms that may not have any prior plan to run an advert with your company. You need to ensure that your proposal is feasible.
