Project description

Based on the spread of your workforce, combining remote and office-based employees, Brett Harlan needs to optimize your current resources to create a more inclusive, collaborative environment. To achieve this, introducing a central online hub that is accessible by all employees, which deploys standard templates and makes it easy for employees to search for the information they require, will reduce time and boost productivity.

Brett Harlan will be able to provide a more collaborative, engaging work environment while streamlining HR processes that make everyday HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees, easier and more effective, as well as attract more experienced talent.

Below is my plan for how my HR services will be able to meet your goals. Let me break down the specific targets and how they will be met.

  • An audit and action plan for each HR process will be prepared for your review.
  • The action plan will identify the areas where specific HR tasks can be brought online, making everyday employee requests accessible through standard online templates.
  • New online capabilities will be implemented and deployed based on the approved action plan.
  • Relevant training and upskilling of HR staff and all employees will be conducted online via a new company intranet.
  • Employee engagement and productivity will be monitored, and any issues will be addressed.

Any adjustment to the plan can be assessed and resolved at any time by sending me a message via Slack or by email at

Deadline and deliverables

You should commit yourself to reasonable deadlines. Be sure to allow plenty of time for the business work to be completed. Specific delivery formats can be highlighted in the proposal if this is relevant to the project.

  • Payment of the remaining 25% will be due once the final weekly report is made to signal the end of the contract.

All pages will be optimized once during the process. If further optimization is required during the monitoring phase, the additional work will be billed monthly at a rate of $65 per hour.

An electronic invoice will be sent once the contract has been signed off and the specified milestones passed. Each invoice is payable within 10 business days of receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of work and/or late fees, as detailed in the contr

Human Resources Proposal Template FAQ

What is a human resources proposal template?

If you are looking to help businesses in the human resources department, a proposal template is just what you need. Besides, all companies need human resources services, and if you are an HR service provider, you have a lucrative business. However, having a good proposal is essential to market your skills and business to your prospective clients. A human resources proposal template is paperwork that explains your proposed services as a human resource consultant. It may be used to introduce your business to a client or as a follow-up to a discussion that had previously taken place between you and the client. It will include an outline of the services you plan to provide, how you will provide them, your working principle, and the terms and conditions of the services. The proposal template may form the basis of the legal contract between you and the client if everything works fine.

The client will use the human resources template you submit to evaluate your capacity and competence. That is why it is important to pay attention to details while preparing your proposal. You may have to specifically produce a proposal for each company to check how your proposal fits into its operational strategies. Each company has its style and is not likely to change it to accommodate you. Rather, you must be flexible to accommodate different clients.

Other essential information in the human resources proposal template that may be significant to clients includes your location, years of experience, number of staff, and testimonial. You may wonder why your location may be important. This is because some businesses have a policy of patronizing only local clients. They would also like to know how long you have been in the industry. This may be a yardstick to judge if you a good fit for their company. Hence, these tiny details may be important when preparing a human resource proposal template.

While many clients may be too busy to attend to you and listen to what you have to say, it is easier for them to create time to study the proposal you have presented. That is why you must put all effort to make it the best it can be. A good human resource proposal template can earn you a huge contract. In contrast, a not-so-well prepared one may rubbish your good intention and services. That is why you must cross every t and dot every i to ensure it is perfect.

How to write a human resources proposal template?

Writing a good proposal is both straightforward and challenging. When you know what to do, it is as easy as doing it. However, many people get confused and are unsure of what should be included and what should not be. You may also be confused about the best pattern, tone, and words to use in the proposal. While it is essential to be professional and keep it formal, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The first thing is to be mindful of the desired result you want. You want the client to love what you do to the extent of hiring your services. Then you must specify all services that are included in the contract. While outlining your services, make sure you use simple and clear terms—no room for ambiguity.

As you state your services, also explain how you will carry them out. This must include the people that will work with you and all tools you plan to use for human resources management services. Including a timeframe in your proposal is also especially important. The client will be interested in your workforce, turnaround time, and level of technological advancement. Do not overlook any aspect of your services. Who knows, what you consider as minor may be of the greatest interest to the client. Ensure all your recommendations are workable because it is likely that the client will consider them. If he discovers they are not realistic, it will diminish his trust in you, your services, and your proposal.

What should be in a human resources proposal template?

While you are free to structure your human resources proposal in any way that you feel is ideal, your proposal must have the following:

An Introduction

This should be brief but motivational. It must encourage anyone who picks up your proposal to continue reading.

The Requirement

Because proposals must be tailor-made for each client, you must do your homework very well to know what the client really needs. If you have discussed with the client about the services prior, it should be stated here. This aspect will refer to the discussion and what both of you think is needed by the company.

This part must contain all the services you are proposing to render. It is the most important aspect of your proposal. Hence it must be clearly written. Ensure you list all human resources management services you plan to provide. This may include recruiting staff, payroll solutions, risk management, staff welfare, and performance evaluation.

Proposed Strategy

It is not enough to list your services without explaining how you will provide them. You state the methods and tools you will use how you will ensure compliance with the standard regulation. It is also important to specify what makes you and your team qualify for this task. Here you will need to state your credentials.

Propose a workable timeline for each action. You may give room for unforeseen circumstances, but your timeline must be reasonable and realistic.

Benefits of Your Services

You need to state how your services will improve the operations and business of your client. They need to know why they will be paying you and what benefits they receive when they hire you instead of the competition.

Talking about payment, you must include the pricing of all your services in your proposal. Many clients need it to make decisions. If the price is flexible, state it and explain the reason. Also, provide information that will guide them in calculating the approximate cost.

Terms of Agreement

You must include the terms of the services you proposed to provide. Remember references will be made to your proposal if you eventually sign a deal with the client
