Project description

Based on the spread of your workforce, combining remote and office-based employees, Brett Harlan needs to optimize your current resources to create a more inclusive, collaborative environment. To achieve this, introducing a central online hub that is accessible by all employees, which deploys standard templates and makes it easy for employees to search for the information they require, will reduce time and boost productivity. 

Brett Harlan will be able to provide a more collaborative, engaging work environment while streamlining HR processes that make everyday HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees, easier and more effective, as well as attract more experienced talent.

Objectives

Below is my plan for how my HR services will be able to meet your goals. Let me break down the specific targets and how they will be met.

  • An audit and action plan for each HR process will be prepared for your review.
  • The action plan will identify the areas where specific HR tasks can be brought online, making everyday employee requests accessible through standard online templates.
  • New online capabilities will be implemented and deployed based on the approved action plan.
  • Relevant training and upskilling of HR staff and all employees will be conducted online via a new company intranet.
  • Employee engagement and productivity will be monitored, and any issues will be addressed.

Deadline and deliverables

You should commit yourself to reasonable deadlines. Be sure to allow plenty of time for the business work to be completed. Specific delivery formats can be highlighted in the proposal if this is relevant to the project.

I am committed to meeting our agreed deadlines according to the following schedule. Here are the milestones for our project:

  • Audits and action plans will be delivered as PDF files to be reviewed and signed-off to monitor progress.
  • The approved actions will all be completed within six weeks of launching the project. All work will happen within the HR framework of Brett Harlan.
  • Weekly reports will be produced for a period of six months from the start of the project. These will be sent as PDF files to node.explode@gmail.com.

Payment terms

Projects such as this one run for several months before they finish. To facilitate these projects, I offer a schedule of payments. Here are the payment milestones:

  • 25% initial payment due upon signing the contract and before any work begins. 
  • A further 25% of the total will be invoiced once the final audit and action plan have been approved.
  • The following 25% of the total will be due once the final page has been optimized.
  • Payment of the remaining 25% will be due once the final weekly report is made to signal the end of the contract.

All pages will be optimized once during the process. If further optimization is required during the monitoring phase, the additional work will be billed monthly at a rate of $65 per hour.

An electronic invoice will be sent once the contract has been signed off and the specified milestones passed. Each invoice is payable within 10 business days of receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of work and/or late fees, as detailed in the contr
