Introduction

Thank you for contacting me. I put this proposal together based on our conversations.

Here are a few quick observations:

  • Michelle Fragoso wants to increase their social media following on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to increase the number of customers clicking on posts and buying products.
  • Michael Smith will produce social media posts for each page to increase the following on each channel. The posts will be designed to be shared to increase engagement and followers. Specific product posts can be created for PPC campaigns.

As you continue through this proposal, you will see how my social media posting services can help you meet your goals and your deadlines.

Why Michael Smith for Social Media Posts Services?

Your social media channels are your primary sales drivers. They increase engagement with your brand, and give you a free space to continue to speak to your customers. However, managing your social media posting schedule is a big job. That’s where I come in. My social media posting service helps my clients by creating and scheduling posts to take the weight off their shoulders.

I specialize in working with B2C outlets. My posting services include creating posts, scheduling them, and responding to comments and feedback.

Here are some testimonials from previous clients:

  • Michael Smith was great to work with. She totally got my approach to my pages and started creating brilliant posts for my channels right away. My follower numbers increased by 5% month on month for our entire contract.
  • Michael Smith is a brilliant professional. She helped me through a rebranding process, launched a new posting schedule, and helped me engage my audience in a whole new way.

My clients value my professionalism, commitment to deadlines, and the results I give them.

Project description

Based on your information, Michelle Fragoso has three social media channels serving business professionals. The primary products are organizational tools and scheduling helps for executives and their assistants. LinkedIn is the primary channel for the business, but Facebook and Twitter are also major parts of the outreach strategy.

The primary benefit of this project is likely to be the reduced burden on you for maintaining a full posting schedule. The optimum schedule for your business includes multiple posts to each channel every week, so managing this is a big task.

I can use my experience and professional management tools to create your posts and schedule them so they roll out on a regular basis. The consistency of posting will help to establish your brand and build trust with your customers.

Objectives

Here is the plan for how my Social Media Posts services will meet your goals. Let me break down the specific targets and how they will be met.

  • LinkedIn is your primary audience and output channel. I’ll review your posts, create a strong publishing guideline document, produce a list of post ideas for review, and give you a suggested posting schedule for your approval. Once the post ideas and schedule have been approved, I’ll execute the new posting strategy.
  • Facebook and Twitter are secondary channels for your posts. They are independent, but derivative of your LinkedIn channel. Once the LinkedIn channel’s new strategy has been approved, a follow-up strategy will be created for each channel. The posts will echo the LinkedIn posts but with small tweaks to make them more appropriate for the specific formats and audiences of Facebook and Twitter.
  • Once the posts begin to go live, I’ll monitor the comments and responses. My services do not extend to full social media management, so posts requiring complicated responses will be flagged for review. Simple responses, such as thanking commenters, will be done as part of the review process.

Any adjustments to the plans can be made by sending me a message via the Slack channel we set up or by email at michael.smith@gmail.com.

Deadline and deliverables

I am committed to meeting your deadlines and delivering quality work on schedule. Here are the milestones for this project:

  • During the first week, all of the social media channels will be analyzed and a report produced for you to review.
  • In the second week, the strategy for posts and scheduling will be created for you to look over, amend, and approve.
  • Following approval, I’ll begin to create posts according to the approved plans. There will be a small delay before the first posts go live. This is due to the way I produce posts in batches. A full month of posts will be produced before the first one goes live. This allows you time to review the new direction of the posts before they start going live.

My services have a reputation for organization, follow through, and prompt delivery. I take pride in this reputation and look forward to delivering exceptional results for Michelle Fragoso.

Payment terms

Projects such as this one carry on for a number of months. To facilitate these projects, I offer a schedule of payments. Here are the payment milestones:

  • The cost per month for this service is $__________________. This is based on a working schedule of 10 hours per week.
  • During the first month, the amount of work is much higher. The initial payment for commencing the contract is a deposit of twice the normal monthly payment.
  • I will create a contract for this project. An invoice for the initial payment will be sent along with the contract. Work can begin once the contract is signed and the initial invoice has been paid.

The ongoing posting assumes a workload of 10 hours per week. If any work is required beyond this, it will be billed at $65.00 per hour.

Electronic invoices will be sent once the contract has been signed and milestones passed. Each invoice is payable within 10 business days of receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of work and/or late fees as specified in the contract.

Agreement

Once you agree to this proposal, I will prepare a simple contract for this business project. The contract will reference the terms of this proposal, including any amendments you suggest. If you agree to these terms, please sign below, and return this proposal to me.

Thank you very much. I look forward to working with Michelle Fragoso.

Social Media Posts Proposal Template FAQ

What is a Social Media Posts proposal template?

A proposal template is a document you can prepare in advance to make creating proposals for individual clients much simpler. When you create the template, add all the chunks of content you can reuse for every client. Adding branding and design elements to boost the attractiveness of your proposals will really improve your chances of winning new clients.

Your proposal template should follow a clear structure. The goal is to begin with a strong cover page, introduction to your work, and then help the client walk through how working with you will make their business more efficient and profitable.

Creating professional proposals can go much faster if you invest time in a proposal template. During the template’s creation process, you can add attractive design elements, include your branding, and spend time making every part of the proposal look amazing. Later, when you need to create a full proposal for a potential client, all the hard work of design will already be finished.

Creating a proposal template is an easy way to professionalize your documentation. Every new project will have the same level of design quality that establishes you as an industry leader and makes for compelling proposals with clients who want win-win outcomes.

How to write a Social Media Posts proposal template?

Writing a great Social Media Posts proposal isn’t difficult. We will show you how to build your own template in just a few easy steps!

First, you need a few things:

  • You’ll be using a document editor. You could use a separate app such as Word, Google Docs, Adobe InDesign, or Pages.
  • Instead of a traditional document editor, you can use Indy’s Proposals tool. It is simpler to use because it focuses on proposal creation. Proposals created with Indy also sync to contracts, time tracking, and invoices to make your work with clients easier in the long run.
  • You should also have access to any external files or media you want to include. For example, you will want your logo and pictures of landing pages you have already finished.

Now that you have those things, you can begin writing your Social Media Posts proposal template.

You can create a strong proposal template by reviewing past proposals that succeeded. Looking at these successes will help you discover the common elements you can include in your new template. Most proposals can reuse your branding, business description, customer portfolio, and terms and conditions.

If you don’t have a completed template, then writing a proposal template from scratch using Indy’s proposal template is easy. Simply create a new template and you are ready to start editing.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. In your new proposal template, add your company information and branding.
  2. Review the sections in the template and add or remove sections as you need them.
  3. Add information to each section. Focus on what you can reuse for every client.
  4. Once you have added all the reusable information, save your work.

That’s it! Your new proposal template is finished.

As you are creating a full proposal, test the template by making note of any information that is missing. When done with your proposal, go back to add it to your template.

What should be in a Social Media Posts proposal template?

Social Media Posts have become more and more important for businesses to reach out to their audiences. This is a very competitive field that requires creativity and presentation skills. To succeed, you need an attractive business plan that showcases your skills.

Here are the elements we think you should include in every Social Media Posts proposal:

  • Beautiful Cover Page. Social media posts are all about image and connection with the audience. Your cover page should do the same thing for your potential clients.
  • Service Description. The next section is where you describe what will be done for your client and how it can benefit them. You should lay out the job scope clearly, as well any specific approaches that have been discussed already between these two parties involved in order to ensure a successful project.
  • Social Media Posts Process and Milestones. Show your clients what you will do, when you will do it, and what they can expect for your partnership.
  • Social Proof. Your client is leaning towards hiring you. Show them your portfolio section with case studies, customer testimonials and feedback so they can see the quality of work you will deliver from this point forward.
  • Costs and Pricing. Successful proposals highlight value instead of costs. Delay introducing your pricing until you have fully established the value of your services.

From here, you can wrap up the proposal template with next steps the customer can take. These can include:

  • A digital signing service for making the approval process happen much faster.
  • A standard contract your client can review. Your contract can reference your proposal to make the client-specific sections relevant.
  • You can also include a payment method here to help your client get started quickly.

Your proposal has one goal: convince the potential client you are the best choice for their ambitions. From the first stunning cover page to the last closing call to action, your proposal should be crafted to meet this goal.

How can a free Social Media Posts Proposal Template help you win more clients?

The secret to winning more clients as a freelancer is to build your client’s confidence in your abilities. Proposal templates helps you do this in a few ways:

  • Imagine how impressed a potential client would be if you produced a project proposal for them within twenty minutes of ending your discovery call. Creating attractive and effective proposals in such a short time frame is easily possible with a well-designed template.
  • Beautiful design and a clear structure will make your proposals much more successful. Potential clients are much more likely to approve proposals that show evidence of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • A proposal template will help you win more clients by freeing up your time. If turning the template into a live presentation takes just fifteen minutes, use that saved energy to go find even more potential customers.

Those are three ways your proposal template can help you land more jobs. Get started with one as soon as possible to begin reaping the benefits.
